  • Code 11: Failure to ignite. Potential causes include an insufficient gas supply, a faulty igniter, issues with the gas valve, or incorrect gas pressure.
  • Code 12: Unit ignites but the flame is lost. D supply, a dirty or faulty flame rod, venting issues, or internal component failure.
  • Code 14: The unit has detected an excessively high temperature and the thermal fuse has tripped as a safety measure. This can result from restricted airflow, scale buildup on the heat exchanger, or a malfunctioning temperature sensor.
  • Code 16: Water temperature exceeding safe limits. It can be triggered by insufficient water flow, a scaled heat exchanger, or issues with temperature sensors.
